Don’t use them. Horrible horrible customer service. They won’t do anything to resolve the problem but the bare minimum. If you use them you’ll end up with so many negative reviews on your Etsy or Amazon shop. Don’t do it.

Printify is printing/making flags for giftedflagsdotcom. the printify address is listed for fullfillment address for giftedflags and then Teeeasy Limited owns gifted flags so it is a 3 tier buying network and mark up. Anyway my holiday muscle santa naughty or nice garden flag has been up for about a week and it is already piling on one side and the black color is deteriorating/streaking/missing in multiple areas. very poor quality and manufacturing. Will not buy again from all three companies since they are one in the same.

Does this pod platform really think it's cool and normal to take 5-6 business days (or more) to ship out orders?! Printfy would say "simply tell your customers their orders take 5+ business days to fill and voila problem solved". No that IS NOT the solution! We can't fill our shops with your items that will be shipped that late. Shoppers want their items fast. Instead of all the hype and noise you're making everywhere, get your acts together and fill orders faster. Filling any order shouldn't take more than 3 business days maximum. You have to make your "print providers" fully understand this or kick them out. Do something!

Printify customer service is just horrendous! You have to wait half a day just to reach them. Then when you bring up an issue, even if it affects a lot of orders, they give excuse after excuse and blame whoever or whatever they can think of to pretend it's not their problem. Orders are not shipped but have only an empty tracking number and they blame USPS for not scanning. When I tell them USPS never misses the first initial scan, they just ignore that and keep blaming them for their missed shipments. I pointed out to them that orders are marked shipped but actual shipping isn't don't and CS dismissed it although I have proof. Printify treats us like we're fools or were born yesterday!

Other times their agents leave the chat abruptly making me wait another half a day to reach them (Darren Piper). When they give me nonsense and I beat it, they have nothing to say and then they're like "welll... rest assured we're taking care of it. Don't worry"! How I don't worry? Lots of orders are not shipped and you give me BS and my customers are angry!

Other times they promise they get back to you and they take such a long time for days and days about a problem that requires quick attention.

I'm so sorry I trusted Printify. I can see my business will go down because of Printify's nonsense policies, horrible print providers, and terrible customer service 😞

Printify thinks they're IP police! They arbitrarily delete products and marketplace listings. First of all, it's illegal to delete sellers' marketplace listings. They don't own Etsy, eBay, Amazon but they over reach to marketplaces. An attorney should look into this practice. Second, they're not in the place of acting upon an ASSUMED Intellectual Property infringement. If there's an IP holder then it's up to them to notify the marketplace with proper documentation and ask for actions against the actual infringement if it happened. However, Printify acts as the lawyer or authorized representative of an ASSUMED IP holder and delete products AND marketplace listings without providing any kind of documents (because there is none!). It doesn't matter if Printify has a "policy". You can't have a policy that doesn't make sense and/or is against the law. It would be very interesting if an attorney takes a deep look at Printify IP practices.
Take your nose out of sellers' businesses Printify. eBay did the same thing years ago and there was an exodus of sellers leaving; turning to CEO being ousted. Sellers didn't come back until eBay changed their way and respected seller business. You're a POD provider; you're not any IP holder's lawyer or representative. If an IP holder has a problem with a product, they'll notify you. Until then don't over reach and violate the law and sellers' trust.
