I bought a custom desktop system about three years ago. The price was competitive and the system was top-notch. The pump in its CPU liquid cooling system failed about four days ago. I brought it in and within 1.5 days, Keith's team replaced the cooling system under warranty.

I've bought many systems from Prime. The experience has always been excellent. I'll continue to buy from them, despite the fact that I live in St. George.

I’ll start by mentioning I don’t know much about computers. I’ve been looking for an upgrade for about a year and was referred to Prime System by a freind. I needed something a little specific for photo editing. I met Keith and I was quickly sold for a number of reasons. He’s a good guy and he knows his stuff. He was more than happy to basically custom build me a machine for my needs and specs. I have not run the computer yet so honestly, this review is based on my 3 or 4 interactions with Keith and his staff. I went here a few months ago for help with my first computer build. They helped me fix the problem, and they did it very well. I'm looking back on it a few months later after building my 4th computer, and I really appreciate how kind they were. If I ever need help in the future, my first thought will be to come back here.
