The store is very clean and neat. I ordered an item online and they called me to tell me it had arrived. It sounds like a small thing but I was stunned at that tiny act. I don't know about you but almost every business seems lazy, rude and Incompetent. They were nice , quick, and even put my item on a cart. I didn't need the cart but it was nice to offer. I didn't get a notice that my item was ready for pickup in my app till I literally picked it up but like I said they called me on the phone so it did the job. I'll use the ace online at the monticello store again.

Couldn't get either of the 2 employees to ring me up. After 5 minutes of watching them talk to each other with me standing right in front of them, I put what WOULD HAVE been my purchase on the counter, said "scree it", and went to Barton's, where I was waited on quickly. Will be back to Barton's.

The remodel on the store here looks great but it would seem that the powers that be could have spent some money on new shopping carts, more cashiers, and fixing the self checkouts so they aren't in cards only mode most of the time, and a lockable display for the deer urine so kids can't squirt it everywhere. Just my two cents.

Convenient. Nice service. But just so happens they didn't have what I needed. A water pressure valve. But I like having Ace there as an alternative.

Best customer service I've had and seen in a long time. They were all helpful and polite. Store is very clean and organized.
