I could talk all day about how much I enjoyed the staff during my stay! Each and everyone of them were fun and kind. Every evening I really had fun with staff playing Yahtzee or Uno which helped pass the time! I wish I could remember everyones name.. because every single person who was there was SO SO kind. Tim, Chad, David, Sammy, Salma, Delores, I believe her name was Stef. If I could name each person's name I would! 10/10 ! ! ! Thank Yall!

Hello my name is Ronetta Price this is my first smoking research study. I had my doubts about the process, but now completing the study I really enjoyed the stay. The staff David "the cook,entertainer,host and Ms. Saba the nurse tech both made me feel at ease and comfortable with my stay. I recently participated in the tobacco study at Pillar Clinical Research, and I cannot express enough how positive my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and dedication of the entire staff were evident.

David and Jessica warm welcome set the tone for my visits, making me feel comfortable and valued. DD was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every aspect of the study, ensuring I understood the process thoroughly. Mr. Sammy and Mr. Tim were also fantastic, providing support and answering any questions I had.

Betsy, Sherri and John were instrumental in coordinating the logistics of my visits, making everything run smoothly. And a special shoutout to nurse Rhonda for her compassionate care and expertise, which made my participation a breeze.

Pillar research is a very state of the art facility that I enjoy going to. I have been going to this facility for a little over a year now and I have to say I love the place. The staff treats you very well like my coordinator, Dana who is always on top of things and answers all my questions and makes sure my needs are met. The techs on the floor are very nice and treat you like family, Chad, Betsy, David, Saba, Regina. And thank you to all of the nurses ESPECIALLY Ms. Whitney who goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable as possible. 10/10 would recommend and come back in the future. Thank you !
