Pico Rivera care more about the neighbors that poor cat well been my cats have been poison run over because neighbors bibi gun and chase them to street to get run over ,tramps with pointed nails ,rats traps with nails and city has done nothing jet they want my cat removed from safe place to be kill in siaca please help me tell me what to do.

The city is loud, ugly, and dirty. There's tons of crime so much so that the police will never respond to anything minor because well they have to deal with something more serious. Also there's nothing to do in Pico Rivera. Literally there is nothing to do.

But if you like piles of trash in the streets, terrible neighbors who will never make an effort to get to know you or keep the noise down, and a city that's going nowhere this is the city for you.

Women answered send someone to stop emergency. Now 11am no one look coming what’s wrong with city system ?

The covid testing site is the best thus far. You can get the rapid test, and pcr. 20 mins to receive your rapid test, about 3 days to get Pcr.

Everytime I go inside the city hall (parking enforcement office )the lady and the old bald man have really bad attitude. Worst customer service! They really need to get off their high horse .
