I had a great experience here! I needed a new battery and a back glass replacement for my iPhone 14. First, I took it to Apple to see if they could fix it and they told me they couldn't. Apple was pushing me to get me a new phone. Then, I took it to Phone Techs and they were able to fix it at an affordable price! The customer service was excellent! James was an excellent tech! T-mobile told me I would lose all of my pics txts and data due to my phone having a black screen that 'wasn't repairable'. I called James and told him my issue and he got me right in. Low and behold he saved and transferred everything on my old phone to the new one without a problem and the price was super reasonable. He periodically checked in with me to give me status on my repair and couldn't be more professional. Customer service seems to be dead these days but not with these guys, I would highly recommend Phone Techs and James for your cell repairs. THANK YOU!!

This was the nicest service I’ve had in a very long time! I took in my baby monitor because it was not holding its charge cord. He explained everything he would do to assess, called me later to let me know my options, and fixed it within the same day. He was very kind and I would definitely return for service again!
