Our home is near completion and sharing my experience. PKD designed, built, and did the interior design for us. Starting with our architect, Jessica Napolitano( Underhill), we are lucky to have her design the home, she is delightful to work with. She is very thoughtful and intelligent. She listened to our needs to give an amazing design. She took a break from work but Tommy stepped in to fill the gaps if needed and he is attentive and prompt to respond. Our building team: Katie Kovac is the heart& Soul of the process, she is smart, talented, prompt and always available for us, no matter how busy she is, she made the process seem less and she is a go getter.
Team of Chris Kaba& Chuck Sweringen are hardworking, dedicated, very approachable, attentive and easy to communicate with. When we gave our time restrictions for completion, they are doing everything possible to complete the project in time.
Our designer Keri Ferguson, is incredibly talented, creative, and her strength is her patience! We made changes along the way and she listened to all our needs to give a unique design to our home.

We have had a great experience working with PKD. We are currently in the building phase, but can really appreciate the attention to detail that Phil, Mojgan and Kerri have put into our project. They listened to our wants and concerns, Phil even made a site visit on his birthday to see the unique demands of our building site. Mojgan has been instrumental in working out the details of our custom design and working closely with out builder to make the dream a reality. Kerri is a patient and creative designer who has worked tireless to give our home a personal touch.
