Very poor delivery experience. The warehouse has no clear signs or directions, making it impossible to find anyone. After a long search, I finally found a staff member through a gap in one of the unloading doors. To make things worse, the staff were extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, especially one particular lady who was particularly rude. I hope the company can improve its management, train its staff to provide better service, and install clear signage to assist delivery drivers.

OTR
there is one mean lady working inside the office . She has attitude for no reason maybe there is one but who care we here pick the load not to make friends so give us the load and we out from there . There so call policy you have to show truck registration, insurance, license plate number, trailer registration, your license picture of you . 5hour wait even though there is no one beside me . Imagine if there was few traffic. Over all is not good experience

Ii have no idea what this place actually does, but if It is a place to park trains, then it does exactly what it's meant to do.😉 Also, it's a great place for graffiti artists to hone their skills. I happened to be passing by while a couple of them were doing just that, and asked if I could document some of their work.

2nd time coming here....5 plus hours to get loaded both times... they guy working here has nice customer service but they are in no hurry to load at all. OTR loads will keep you here for hours. Whatever they are doing inside the warehouse sure isn't work

Worst place to store your inventory, do not i repeat, do not trust the company’s owner with any of his words. The man himself doesn’t know how his fulfillment center runs. And if you do end up working here just wait until you find out a...their inventory issues.... other than that I respect the people ACTUALLY running the warehouse. The people that are on the actual fulfillment team are dedicated workers. Everyone who’s gone thru their doors and into the workspace with the rest of the team knows that all they want to do is he th ni job done and get the day over with. They all have families to take care of but like I said don’t come here to work if you’re expecting to be employed with them for longer than 5 months... also don’t let them manipulate you with the pointless titles they give their employees, none of it comes with a raise no matter how hard you work here, or how knowledgeable you become with how to help the fulfillment center run even faster. And careful with the machines if you become a picker there’s a old crown lift that’s dangerous to anyone who operates it and the people around. It shouldn’t be operational anymore but higher ups believe otherwise from what I’ve seen.

They got me loaded even though freight wasnt pulled. These guys are awesome people. I would have no problem coming to pick up a load here agian. As an added bonus one of the employees here but lunch for the truck drivers that had to wait. Awesome people.

Very good facility for delivery.. checked in @4:25pm and done by 4:55pm . Very fast. Very nice staff.
