Perfect Clean in Mammoth has been nothing but exceptional when it comes to their cleaning service and just as equally their customer service. We have been using them for years and not only do they always do a great job cleaning they are friendly and work with us as out of town owner/landlords. It is great to know you can truly rely them to take care of the cleaning needs, random tenant or home needs and also our sometimes hectic rental schedule. They are reliable, responsive and overall a great team to have on your side.

We own a condo in Mammoth that we rent out and is also our family vacation spot. We have had a few different cleaning companies over the years before finding Perfect Clean. For us the true testament is that we have a large number of VRBO reviews and many of those comment on how clean our unit was on arrival. I thought that was an odd thing to comment on the first time I read it but then saw a pattern and realized that the cleanliness must really stand out and that cleanliness is such an important first impression. It really sets the tone and enhances the overall guest experience and increases the probability that they will return. Thanks to Rich, Junior and the whole team for being such a pleasure to work with and for taking such good care of our home!

Overall extremely satisfied with the company! I needed someone to do Move-Out cleaning and PCI gave me the most reasonable quote. Rich and Junior were a pleasure to work with and made the process easy. The condo looked impeccable when finished. Definitely give these guys a call if you need any cleaning done!

We just started hosting on Airbnb. Rich and team are the perfect partners.to have. They understand the symbiotic natrue of our partnership and are totally committed to our success, PCI is more than a cleaning company; being almost 300 miles away, we can sleep at night knowing that if anything needs attention, it's just a phone call away. I don't usually leave reviews, but was so impressed and happy that I wanted to write this. The place where we stayed in Mammoth was not only impeccably clean, but there were welcome gifts left by Perfect Clean Services as well. The welcome basket was an assortment of coffee, teas, hot chocolate and popcorn which was so nice since after a long drive. During our weekend there we had a little accident with some red wine (oops!) and used up a bunch of towels. We had to call for more and they had a stack sent over fairly quick. They were so sweet about it, too. Great people!! Thanks for everything!

I have used PCI for the cleaning of our condo for several years. They clean, add supplies, towels and linens between rentals of our condo. We have had other cleaning services and PCI's service is way ahead of any other service we have used. It is always clean and well supplied whenever we show up also. They also do our deep cleaning every Spring and again they do a fabulous job. They are easy to communicate with and follow any special request without issue. During this tough Covid-19 time they are following all the rules and keeping the owners up to date on things required. I would highly recommend PCI for your condo cleaning services!
