The customer success manager specific to my office is Adriana Baysinger and she is amazing!! She is always helping and answering any questions I have in a timely manner. Even if I don’t speak with my success manager directly, their “general” support team/line you call is super helpful, follows up to make sure all problems are resolved and talk to you like a real person. Love the support from Peerlogic, they are readily available when I need them and fix things in a timely manner. They are also very good at educating our practice on how to use their system so we can troubleshoot on our own, making changes happen quickly and efficiently when needed.
