I worked for this company for a short while and made awesome friends! Other than that the experience was horrible! They have no formal training no orientation they just throw you on the floor and and everyone teaches you everything in a different way so it's very hard to learn. Some of the team leads are not leads at all! They speak negatively about you amongst each other, but nothing is ever done about it. They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. They also send monies to closed accounts and stores I never understood that sounds fishy to me. I wouldn't recommend working for this company if you are looking for leadership and training.
