There sales people are lier. They will lie to you to sign with them. There software is trash. They told all us they can integrate our factoring company. Once I sign they said sorry we are working on it. We told you what are ours needs was before we sign. We pay them more then year now.so they can find the way to do it. Still nothing now I don’t want pay them monthly. The threatening us. Sense day one we can’t use there softwear. There setup is stuck on factoring integration. If they want go to the court I’m ready for it is well. Someone need to take action against them.

They take hostage all your databases and delete all your work in one minute.
Looks like machines work in customer service instead of humans.

Called the support team asking for a call back regarding their mobile application that all of our drivers use. They recently pushed out an update which made the old application quit working.

Installed the new one on all of our drivers devices. Currently dealing with about 10 a day where the application crashes and goes to a blue screen making our tech team delete and reinstall the PCS application every time. A work around for now but still not a fix. We have been working in production with this app for over a year now all of a sudden a problem.

Still not a call back from anyone in this organization. (It's been almost a week) Very disappointed in level of service when its impacting our entire fleet.

Customer service got back with us and worked hand in hand to resolve this major issue that was affecting the entire fleet.

After being their customer for 10 years I had to switch and lose all data of my company. They are good at taking your money you will pay hefty fee for monthly service charge. When you need help there is no importance to them what so ever if you need technical support/help it takes them days to get back to you. Our server broke down and after being a customer for 10 years they wanted $3,000 to reinstall the program it took them 3 days to get back to us. We called every day just so their secretary can blow us off and said we call you when we call you. When they finally called back Steven told us we have to charge you $3,000 to reinstall and it will cost $450 a month vs $120 for technical support. I decided to lose all data and switch to Prophecy now I have hired lawyer to sue them for support fees I paid all these years.

Tried to work with PCS software today on an issue with scanning a document. I worked with 2 individuals who stated that the issue had to be resolved through the printer manufacturer company yet all other programs works fine with this scanner. Once I finally got a hold of a third representative, he actually tried to help find the issue and work through the problem. Needless to say it was frustrating to deal with their technical support, they used to be so much more responsive.

Unreliable, no updates, their software hasn’t been updated in years it looks like WINDOWS 97. Don’t waste your money on them.
