Our company has been working with PCA for several years. Operating a small business, we cannot afford to employ a full time IT staff or person for that matter. It is critical we work with a company that we trust to keep us fully functioning and safe. The PCA staff is always accessible when problems arise. Incredibly timely in diagnosing issues we are experiencing & extraordinarily knowledgeable in finding the best, most economical means of correcting problems. Uniquely our company has some elderly owners, who are not very computer savvy; it could be argued illiterate. PCA does an incredible job showing patience and professionalism when dealing with difficult situations (clients). I consider our company lucky to have found PCA so many years ago and I am very grateful they continue to provide our company with such incredible service. If these guys were high school athletes, they would have every D1 school knocking down their door; there is no doubt the recruiting services would list them as a 5star athlete!

PCA helped us through what could have been the worst nightmare for a CPA firm. Our server had a hardware issue that made it impossible for us to access our tax software and client data on Saturday afternoon before the Monday April 18, 2022 tax deadline. PCA tech support came to my office Saturday evening and identified the problem and assured me they would do everything they could to help us get back working as soon as possible. Saturday night, PCA had a replacement server in our office and began the process of moving our data from our almost completely dead server. PCA tech support was in constant touch with me throughout Saturday night and Sunday, which was Easter by the way, and notified me as soon as the data was restored. My office was back up and working at 100% by Sunday night. The fact that we only lost about 24 hours for a major hardware problem over a holiday weekend is amazing. PCA went above and beyond and helped us provide the services to our clients that allowed us to meet our tax deadline.

Everyone went above and beyond to get our remote access issues fixed with short notice due to the weather. We don't usually have very many people working from home and it took most of the day to configure home computers and find a fix for our licenses issue but they got it done and kept us in the loop the whole time Thanks to everyone!
