Amazing shopping experience. Came in with my parents to find a new oven for a small space in law suite and the selection was wonderful. We settled on a Frigidaire that was on sale and it was a breeze to purchase and then we got free delivery! Really awesome place with some great prices and great employees, I want to come back soon to get some other appliances. The mattresses also looked great

We have been coming back to the Carteret store for several years now. Johnny has been our sales rep since the beginning and wouldn’t change a thing!! He is absolutely amazing!! When we need something for ourselves, Johnny is very professional. He listens to us and gets us what we need. Same for our rental!! Just needed another stove and within the hour, we were set!!! Highly recommend him and wouldn’t go to anyone else!!

If you’re shopping at P.C. Richard’s, ask for Jonny Joshua he’s the best!
I had an amazing experience thanks to Johnny Joshua, a team member on the floor who went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Even though the store was super busy, he was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. On top of that Jahnisha from Customer Service was also incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. Together, they made my shopping experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable.
