BEWARE! DO NOT USE THE PayIt Platform! I only authorized one payment (half) of my property tax but was billed twice, which resulted in the overdraft of my checking account. I strongly do not recommend using this company. Please consider using another platform to pay your bills. As for city, county, and state governments, this is a cheap lowest bidder platform. DO NOT use the PayIt platform to collect your fees. There are better companies' better platforms out here to use in collecting taxes.
On a side note at the time of this post, I counted 17 one-star reviews to 14 five-star reviews. PayIt owner, how many of those five star reviews are genuine reviews and not your friends?

Canned response as usual. Which one of the 256 employees copy pasted that one in. It's not original. John, Mike, Tom, Jeff, Kelly, Jerod, Chris, Adam, Jean, Bharat, James, Katie, Jack, Larry, Jared Ryan, Will, Krishnan I will be standing in line waiting hours at my local government offices with my thoughts. Never again!

How is it that the technology the state used 20 years ago was better than this site today? A fake scrolling conversation, a $3 fee, and now an almost 2% transaction fee—for what? Poor service? If you're going to charge me, the least you could do is make the website functional.

Used this service once last year. Big mistake. Recently got an email stating I had a vehicle possibly needing tag renewal. First ever email from this outfit. Email did not simply state "possibly needing renewal" but gave auto details that even I personally would not publicly give out, much less openly expose over the internet! Oh, and the renewal had already occurred 7 weeks ago. Oh my. I guess their "updates" of "possible renewal" are not based on DMV records. Why do I say this? I did not "pay" extra to get a renewal this year but simply mailed a check to DMV! I replied to aforementioned email and there were several back and forths. Not exactly what I would call "customer service" as they were vague and at times curt!

This Company is Brilliant! The IKAN app is the best! I have been renewing mt tags for a few years on the app and loved not going to the DMV. This year I renewed my drivers license with out leaving home and having to have my boss cover the phones for me. Love it!

Dealing with this company is absolutely horrid. I have sent in proof they took my payment and they continue to gaslight and tell me my payment didn’t succeed even though it is on my bank statement and I sent it to them. I will never use this service again. They are completely incompetent and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a billing issue. I worked for billing departments for years and never saw an issue like this be handled in this way. I will be reaching out to a professional about what the laws are for consumer protection in these situations.
