I went in for an external issue, they tried claiming there was an internal issue, despite me having no problems with my computer internally before handing it over the get a broken hinge fixed, I trusted them and let them do as they claimed they needed, and get a call saying it magically wouldn’t turn on. After I got it back it was fine, until it suddenly started blue screening ,I made a point to try resetting my computer incase it was maybe a software issue, but it just made it worse indicating it was a hardware issue, which was never a problem till I handed it over to them. They seemed very nice before hand, so I call back to report sudden issues after they handled my computer as a genderal sense of information, and all I got was guilt tripping, and being told maybe since I didn’t trust them to take it somewhere else, instead of take account of some sort. Very unprofessionally handled. They undermined my very nice computer as being “an easy fix” and when later being told else where “it’s very complicated and easy to mess up”, so they very clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Though to give credit, it is a gaming computer. those can be complicated, but they shouldn’t have handled something they didn’t know how to. I would not trust these people with more complicated works or technology.

My cell phone went out on me, so I decided to go to PC Plus, Inc. At first, I only thought they work on computer, but come to found out they fix cell phones as well for a reasonable price. When I walked in, the cashier at the front desk was so nice and sweet. Even when I came back to check on my phone, I was greetes with warm smiles. I recommend that if you are having trouble with your PC or cell phone, then go to PC Plus, Inc. They will take care of your every need.

Great business. Knowledge friendly staff. Work in your home, business, or take your items to them. This is a Way BETTER than Geek Squad.
If your PC is running slow, freezes up, having software or hardware issues - they do repairs. I have had PC's that wouldn't work anymore, they have been able to repair and/or retrieve files, photos, etc.
Sell PC's software, hardware accessories, etc.
They did setup a couple of networks at a company worked for. Installed all wiring, routers, main frame, computers, and even built us a special main frame computer.

They can help with most any of your computer, router, etc Issues.
