Our firm has received high-quality managed services since 2011 after OrLANtech designed and installed our latest network system. Managed care includes proactive support of the network server and individual stations system-wide. As may occur in any network environment, we became victim of an encryption virus several years ago. OrLANtech was able to identify and remove the threat and then reinstall our timely backups extremely quickly. OrLANtech staff worked around the clock to restore most of our services within the first 24 hours while archived data was restored over 2-3 days. OrLANtech's high-quality response was extremely important for a small company of our size. For periodic requests or individual assistance, we are able to create and follow-up on work orders remotely or by phone. The technical engineers are knowledgeable and very diligent about addressing our needs. OrLANtech has also been successful in retaining its engineers and cross training its staff in order to provide timely and effective support. We meet each year to discuss our annual strategic report to plan for the future. Soon we will be planning the next upgrade in our system and we look forward to having OrLANtech lead the way!
