Worst experience ever! This shop is run by racist Indians. Blacks are not welcomed here! They will agree to do whatever you ask to get your payment and not deliver. My job should have taken two days but was dragged out for seven days just so that I would run out of time, become desperate and at the last minute accept whatever they had completed. When I went to pick up my order they tried to add an extra $40 to my bill and then became very disrespectful when I refused to pay it! I was referred to as “You People” and told that the price that we agreed on initially was too cheap. I loss my uncle and had funeral programs printed. They showed no compassion, and they didn’t do most of what they promised. A day before my uncle’s funeral I was forced to take an unfinished product.

Always excellent service! I've designed and printed multiple pieces with them and I've always been very happy. Peter significantly improved a mailer piece that I had designed by my marketing agency, so since then, I've had him design everything else for me without using my marketing company.
