A couple of our Clients use this Company for processing the payments for services rendered. If you ever want to hear a Company tell you that "the check is in the mail" these are the folks you want to be receiving your money from. Until they started using this company to process payments, I'd be paid in 3-4 days. Now, I'm currently waiting 3-4 weeks for those payments to show up. But I'm assured that "the check is in the mail". In an attempt to remedy that I filled out the information to start receiving direct draft payments 2 weeks ago, but that shows on their portal as "still pending verification". You'd think that a company whose roll is to process payments to business' would actually get those payments made.

REALLY DON'T DESIRE NO STAR! HOW DOES PAYMENTS GET STUCK ON THE GATEWAY! HOW DOES TECH SUPPORT NOT NO HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM IF YOU ARE TECH SUPPORT! WHY DOES IT TAKE DAYS TO PROCESS PEOPLE PAYMENTS! IF YOUR SYSTEM IS OUTDATED YOUR COMPANY NEEDS TO HURRY AND UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM. SEVERAL OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN GOING THRU THIS ISSUE AND HAD WE KNOWN THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPEN WE WOULD HAVE NEVER PICKED THE OPTION TO GET PAID THAT WAY. ALL THE MONEY YOUR GETTING TO KEEP THE BUSINESS GOING YOU SHOULD HAVE WELL ENOUGH SYSTEMS TO PROCESS PEOPLE PAYMENS AS AGEED. I THINK A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO TAKE PLACE.

Complete incompetence. Sent a $4k+ insurance claim payment to a random paypal account. Didnt even ask where to send. I wouldn't trust this company to properly handle any transactions with my customers.

Our clients use OneInc to pay our invoices. Initially, I thought it was a great but after receiving checks and having to call them for basic information, I rather go back to the old way of receiving checks. Wasting paper AND killing trees needlessly instead of having the necessary information on the same sheet as the check. Having to go onto their website to search and download simple information to do my job because their operation is sub-par. Why wouldn't this company provide an invoice number that was presented to them on a check they are sending out. Had to call them because I couldn't find what I needed with the lack of details they provided, was told to use their website to get basic information that should have been present. Their website should be the absolute last option for a third party company to have to use. This mess pissed me off enough for me to write this long review. DO BETTER OneInc.

This form of payment never works for us. we have 2 locations for our business. we have tried using this at our shop office that didn't work so we tried this at our home office and it still was declined again.
