I heard of this project when I first moved to Cecil County they didn’t have what I was looking for in an adult day care even tho the location itself is good once getting picked up to wander about and look at what the area itself has to offer it’s definitely not a day care for adults but a hang out non the less… I only stopped going because a guy with a lions puppet kept grabbing my face and I didn’t know how to politely tell him to stop…

I wish places in the area would take crimes against women and lgbt members seriously 😳 cause this isn’t the first place that men have touched me at…

My experience at on our own is a wonderful. The staff there are respectful, they care about everyone who comes in the building. The groups at on our own actually help those who have mental illness or substance abuse. They gave different groups, activities every week.

The staff there actually take the time out to really help there clients out. They give you the resources to help you get where you need to be.
