Nabil wanted me to sign an NDA to get partial deposit ($1000) back. No wonder why he has all 5 stars.

I’ll make this short - My buddy recommended me to nabil to build an e-commerce website on WordPress. He responded quickly and is nice, but then the person (Doug) or partner he has or had building the site had my site looking like it was from the 90s. I got a bad feeling and looked him up and his portfolio had nothing to do with e-commerce sites and were in over their head. There were no wireframes sent, just throwing random stuff on the website with plugins that I paid for and had to look up for them and imported items from my other e-commerce sites. I didn’t like the direction it was headed and didn’t want to waste anyone’s time more than what was put into it and asked for a refund. Said they spent tons of hours on the site and couldn’t refund (you can see on WordPress a timestamp of the actual hours). Contract said half of deposit was owed to me, but nabil rejected my request. Then it kept going up until the highest he went was $1k, but wanted an NDA signed so I wouldn’t leave a review (I wouldn’t have if he treated me fairly and just followed the contract) I also Didn’t want to leave one, but was compelled to warn future potential clients of his NDA tactics.
