Honestly, one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer. NZXT cancelled my order by accident three weeks ago and I have not received any communication from their customer support. I’m about to dispute the charge on my credit card because it’s impossible to get ahold of them, their customer support doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, and at this point, if they canceled my order they should’ve refunded me by this point.

After being without a PC for 2 years, I knew dusting off my already old PC from storage wasn't gonna handle today's games. My dad has built all my PCs himself to this point, but he has no free time to upgrade mine and I didn't have any computer building knowledge myself, so I knew I wanted a custom built PC instead.

Doing my research, I found many different builders, but NZXT caught my eye. Not only because they were local to Southern California, but the BLD UI was super easy to use, so I customized my dream PC. H710i case, 12-Core Processor, DDR5 motherboard, 2TB M.2 SSD, 64GB RAM, X73 AIO, sparing no expense. I even added a monitor, mouse and keyboard to complete the set. Then I left it alone for a couple weeks, not having the money for a $4000 build at the time.

2 weeks later, I had the money for the computer of my dreams. But to my dismay, most of the components I wanted weren't listed in the BLD section anymore, likely out of stock. But then I remembered NZXT sent me emails reminding me they had my dream build saved from weeks ago. I found the email, clicked the link, completed the order and to my surprise the order went through!

3 days later my new computer arrived at my house. I marveled at how well packaged it all was, from the cardboard cutouts and plastic to the expanding foam inside the case. The wires were nicely tucked, nothing was damaged and they put in every component I ordered, even the supposedly "out of stock" ones! Didn't take me long to plug everything in, fire it up, install the OS and enjoy my favorite games with blazing fast loading speeds and unimaginable FPS.

It's now been 3 weeks with my new computer and I couldn't be happier with my custom build. The craftsmanship, attention to detail and the performance of this computer is beyond my expectations. Not to mention the warranty I hope not to use gives me peace of mind that I'll be taken care of should something go awry. Even if people say I could've saved money by building this computer myself, I think NZXT earned every penny with how my experience has turned out. 5/5 would buy again.

I use to be a fan of this company but there are thousands of YouTube videos of people exposing NZXT. They’re scamming their customers with their pc rental programming …shame on them, good job destroying your companies reputation AND u lost long time customer.

Best products, best customer service. Just drove to their facility. No 2 week turnaround for RMA. They are the best. In my opinion. Saved me shipping and handling twice now. Very amicable.

Another extremely easy interaction with NZXT. They are the best by far. So accomidating in every way. Can I give 10 stars?

Took one month to respond to an RMA request. I ended up fixing my issue and they revoked the warranty. Stay away!!

Bought the H1 mini PC after it had been out of stock for months. When it arrived it had someone else's cables and documentation from another build. The PC booted once and never again. Sent it back immediately. NZXT kept it for two weeks with no communication and shipped it back still broken. Discovered that they had sent me a used PC that was either a return or a loaner for a YouTuber to review. The PC also had the old spec from when it was first launched even though they had advertised it with different components. Even though they lied, i gave them one more chance to make it right and keep my money. I asked for a completely new build vs the used PC they sent. They refused and said they would give me a FULL refund. Then they refused to send a return label because they didn't send the proper packing materials when they sent it back. At that point i had been dealing with them for over a month and disputed the charges on my credit card. then they sent a label. I returned the PC and they disputed my credit card dispute and somehow told my credit card company that i did purchase the PC. which wasn't the dispute. The charges were reversed in their favor AFTER they received the defective PC. I disputed again and they are still fighting with me even after the PC has been returned and acknowledged to be in their possession. DO NOT DEAL WITH NZXT. This company is awful. Build it yourself or ask a friend to help you build a new computer. I still haven't gotten my money back and I have been dealing with this issue since JUNE

Response: You didn't send a used computer? I ordered on June 10th, why did the computer i received have a build date of 4-1-2020 and have the original components when the H1 Mini launched.. Why did i receive an email saying it came with a gigabyte Aurous MB vs the ASUS board it came with? Intel 660p vs the 665 it was advertised.. You mean to tell me you "found" one of the old ones after it had been sold out and components had been updated? Maybe you need to look into that, like your reply says... I brought this issue up with you guys on the phone but you ignored my concerns.. Try again NZXT, you still cant be honest

Saud did an amazing job at accommodating my situation. He was quick to respond, efficient and understanding in regards to our urgent need for a replacement piece. Within one day of submitting my request, Saud had already sent out the shipment and was so graceful and kind. I really appreciate the customer service that NZXT offers, it truly saved me from the stress of having to repair my damaged PC. He was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and get my situation fixed. I'm so grateful for Saud and NZXT, this is an amazing company who truly cares about helping their customers in any way possible.

Absolute garbage customer service. This is for wherever they have their customer service center not the warehouse, because the 2 entities could never communicate at the same time so I assume they are no where near each other. 6 weeks and still don't have my PC. Zero stars would be a better description. Ordered a Player One PC in the beginning of April as a birthday gift. 3 weeks later it finally shipped. After shipping it the slowest imaginable way they accidentally cancelled our order and had it returned to the warehouse. They credited us back the shipping cost and stated once it's sent back out it would be overnighted to us. That began the process of a dozen phone calls about where our PC was and when it would be shipped back out. Phone calls everyday with no updates besides "We're talking with the team." It reached a point where the customer service reps "Vic short for Victor" were getting rude with us because of the frequency of our calls, but nobody could every give us real updates. We were reassured multiple times it would ship and would ship overnight and it never happened.
Lies from ill informed employees. Tried telling us it would be the same tracking number coming back to us. That is not how FedEx shipping works. Gave us tracking at one point and it was the original tracking number which had been delivered to their warehouse on 5/8. After a half dozen phone calls I just requested a new PC rather than wait for ours to go thru the return process and was told they don't have them and can't just ship us a new one. By the 9th or 10th call to them it changed and they now how the ability to send us a new one. Again continually being told "We're talking with the team" nothing was shipped. After being reassured 5/14 that they were doing everything they could to get our PC shipped to us and it would ship overnight. They finally generated a tracking number on 5/14, but shipment sat in California for 2 days. When it finally shipped they shipped it FedEx home delivery again slowest option available not FedEx overnight. Their compensation for the PC not shipping overnight and taking 45 days to deliver was a $100 off our next order, like we would ever want to deal with them again. And this isn't even taking into account testing the unit. From other reviews on Google I've seen how long it takes to get to some people and once the product arrives people have had issues with the PC itself operating correctly. For the sake of your sanity, your blood pressure and overall stress level find a different company to get your PC thru.
