It was a pleasure working this company.They helped to open my AFC home, Walnut Creek Living which is specialized in Dementia/Alzheimer's care. They help me with the structure and operational settings of the home.I continue to use their services for staff training and my Administrator CEU's.They are licensed by the state agency and knew exactly what the rules and regulations were. Ernest started off will extremely helpful and I had hope that I spent my money wisely. He gave me 21 day turn around to receive all my project work. 21 days went by and their was lack of communication. I no longer heard from Ernest when I needed to check on my project. He would say “ Call you shortly” but I would never receive a call back. Three months went by with him giving me the run around and I finally had to get lawyers to step in. I paid significant amount of money to not still have my project in my hands. I also paid for a year of guidance services and never received any guidance to help me along the journey. I will not recommend this service based off the lack of communication, poor customer service, lack of honesty, etc.

Outstanding company! Great customer service and project involvement. My project was more involved and had so many more pieces than I knew of. They stuck with me through licensing, zoning and certification. It took a while because of the requirements I had to produce but they got my Ohio Agency formed.
