Nursa tells you something different every time you contact support. They do not pay as insinuated. They have caused me to not be able to get to other scheduled shifts because I invested my money to travel expenses ( hotel, gas, and food) to work shifts in 2 different states and now have no money to even get to my scheduled shifts this week because they failed to pay me for shifts worked as they said they would.

Just dealing with the customer service when trying to get the filters to function on the app was a NIGHTMARE. The representative “Lee” would end the chat at any given moment. He would ask me to look at something on the app and I would leave the chat to look and he would end the chat. I would start a new chat and it would be the same guy and would say “sorry, you were inactive”. I WAS FOLLOWING YOUR INSTRUCTIONS! Anyway, this app is garbage and looking at the reviews I’m glad my issues started early before they could exploit my labor and steal money from me like they have others.

Rates have dropped in Ohio. The app is terrible. It shows jobs 180 miles away the filter doesn't work. If I could give it zero stars I would. Communication is very poor . The place they send you to is just looking to hire you full time or prn. The company don't want to use agency they are just looking to snatch the nurses away. Nursa only had one facility in Cuyahoga county. it was a waste of my time. schedule you and cancel you 1 day before shifts when you could have booked at another agency. Miss more than one day in a 30 day period and they suspend you. Terrible agency.

Well I'm reading the reviews and Now I understand. I see all these Nursa Postings in The Dallas Area Available that says PER DIEM but when I go to the app there's Nothing ever there in my area. What's going on with that?

The app fails to show me shifts near where I live or close to where I live. Everytime I adjust the filters it never applies. I’m still seeing shifts for LPNs, RNs, long term care, and all these other shifts I did not apply. Overall not a good app. The filter button is useless.

This company should not be allowed to operate under any circumstances whatsoever. If a facility lies about you, Nursa will take their word for it and freeze your account without asking your side of the story. I am a VERY dedicated nurse with a strong work ethic. If it can happen to me it can happen to you. I am still in disbelief over the situation. Nursa and other app healthcare agencies should be banned!!

I have had a really good experience working through Nursa, im working more than fulltime ( my choice), for good pay, and enjoying it a lot. I get to choose my own schedule and hours, based on what's available on the app.
Unlike other agency jobs, they don't contact you a lot trying to get you to work extra either. I would say the only downside would be the fact that the app can run slow at times, but it just takes patience to deal with.
