Nexus is a great IT company and I'm so glad our parent company switched over to them. All of Nexus' reps are very helpful and respond quickly when support is needed. I know it must be frustrating for them to deal with all of our queries for the little things which I know must be simple to them, and I appreciate their patience as they help us.

We have worked with this IT company for about 8 years, starting when they were Intellitechs. During that time, their service and professionalism were always excellent. However, since Intellitechs merged with NEXUS IT, everything has changed drastically.

Every time I call to report an issue with my company's server, I have to start by explaining the type of server we have and all the equipment we use because they don't keep a history of our equipment or how to proceed. It is frustrating to have to explain the entire system setup from the beginning every time an issue arises. It seems like they don't keep any records or history of our equipment or configurations.

Additionally, no one answers calls or returns them in the Sales or Billing Departments. I've been waiting 6 months for a quote to upgrade the server and still haven't received it. It seems they no longer care about our business. Again, while they were Intellitechs, everything worked excellently until they merged with NEXUS IT. It is very frustrating to have an IT company that is not empathetic with its clients.

I have an issue with my server and an important application for our work, and they told me I would receive a call back the same day. It has been two days, and I'm still waiting for a technician to call me. Kevin, who is a supervisor, promised to return my call the same day, and it's now been two days without any response. This company has significantly deteriorated. This year (2024) has been the worst service.

We used to have security issues, however that is no longer a problem thanks to these guys! They are always there to help work out technical issued that arise from my tech-illiteracy. Highly recommend these guys, and at the same time we want them all to ourselves as they are probably the BEST KEPT SECRET in the industry.

This team is outstanding! After leaving our previous IT company, who was much more of a printer company…, this team got our network, hardware, security, and backup all squared away. Great at documenting industry or company specific processes and their response time and customer service friendliness is beyond the norm for an IT company. Our decision to move forward with their fully managed service was difficult as the pricing was slightly more than we hoped to budget for, but I can certainly say they are worth the splurge. Great job to all over at NexusIT!
