Dr Azizi was very thorough, listening to descriptions of all symptoms and concerns for my daughter who has dysautonomia. She was able to pinpoint what the main issues causing symptoms are, and came up with a plan, while taking the time to explain what is going on in a way that my daughter understands. We highly recommend a visit for anyone struggling with dysautonomia.

Dr. Mintz is very thorough and takes his time asking questions. He listens to and hears all of my concerns. He is knowledgable and considers all aspects of his assessment in planning out next steps. I know my children are in good hands and I appreciate all of the help from all of the providers and personnel who have helped me and are helping me with my children. It took me some time to trust the process when it comes to such a touchy subject but if I can offer any advice to parents who feel they need help for their children, you may want to consider Neurabilities and just trust the whole process. I wish I would have sooner than later.

Doctor Azizi has been absolutely great with my child. She has really helped and she takes the time to explain everything and whatever we may forget to ask we can always rea h out and she gets back to us with whatever we need. DIRECTIONS: Office has two entrances. If you are turning into the mall off of Somerdale Road and S Burnt Mill Road, drive straight towards the mall and you will see the front entrance & the Neurabilities sign on the outside (Entrance #1). You can also turn sharp right and drive around to the Boscovs / Tilt Studio entrances. You should park near the Food Court entrance (left of Tilt Studios)(which was open for our 830am appointment), walk through the food court to the escalators, take them up to the 2nd floor, turn left and you will see the OCNNH/ Neurabilities office entrance (Entrance #2).

Office is fantastic! Very welcoming. Staff is very professional, attentive, and patient with both your child and your concerns. Was very pleased with our consultation and visit! Highly recommended.

Save being on the long waitlist and your time. Our first visit was virtual. Dr. Azizi talked over me and did not listen to my daughter's symptoms. It was like she already had a diagnosis waiting to blurt out. Had her do a walking test that had nothing to do with the reason we were virtual. We then came in person and she tells my daughter directly there is nothing wrong and don't let anyone medicate you and tell you there is something wrong. How dare she?! She put her foot in her mouth before reading her notes from months prior APPROVING my daughter to get fully evaluated for AUTISM. I will not be going back to Dr. Azizi and I would not recommend her to anyone..........her suggestion to my daughter's behaviors....... take her swimming 🤬 Back to the drawing board 🙄

Operationally, not great. This place was recommended to me for my child. It is incredibly difficult to get through to schedule. I spent a couple of hours calling and trying to schedule an appointment and filling out paperwork. It was a telehealth appt. Then the day before, someone called me and said to show up in person. I then had to spend even more time calling, waiting on hold. Turns out, it was their mistake. They will send a new link. Had to follow up multiple times to get said link. I am now waiting for the provider to join the Telehealth appt for 30 minutes with my child.

On the call the doctor went through all the same information as I already filled out. She was very thorough, but didn't entirely listen. She kept saying that my son had symptoms that he didn't have and I kept having to clarify. It was almost as if she had a narrative rather than fully listen. Not saying she is wrong, just that she could have listened better.

After the above, I received a report with multiple inaccurate information which demonstrated that no, she did not listen. It seems she had an agenda and she was going to follow it, regardless of whether it is accurate. In addition, the screeners sent for me to fill out were ill-suited for my child's issue. This place seems really stuck in the past.

I had to call back to schedule additional follow ups and tests, some a year out. Again, took forever, hold loops. This place is really terrible all around, inho.

In response to the below from the owner, there is no way you want to provide even a basic level of care, imo. This has overall been the worse experience we have ever had with a provider. Literally everything is hard. Scheduling is hard, communication with the doctor is hard, trying to provide accurate information is hard. I just canceled all future appointments. I cannot deal with your organization. You have just made it too hard and I have no trust in the actual doctor.
