I would highly recommend this exceptional company to any business looking for advanced security, great technology, and superior customer service! NE Key has been an excellent IT partner for our small manufacturing business. We had an old, patchwork system that NE Key replaced with advanced technology, networking, and a new phone system that have all made our lives easier. They worked with a previous IT company to transfer our services, and have managed the integration of our existing databases and files with an expert touch. We have very few issues with our system, but when something does happen (usually our own fault!), NE Key is quick, responsive, and diligent in getting us back up and running in no time.
