Joke. Don't waste your time. You gotta have a red shirt, 2 birds, work no more than 53 and 3/4 hours every other week, no more than 2 ice cube trays and if you have a Chevy, your out. Good luck if you need help

They were immediately helpful. They're only open on select days... Mondays and Tuesdays. I was able to get in, fill out the application, talk to a specialist and get the help I needed all in the same day. This may vary depending on volume, but the lady I worked with was super responsive and once I fulfilled what was asked of me; she promptly fulfilled her end of things to get me the assistance I needed. Super thankful for Needlink.

The people at Need link are very friendly and I feel like they try to help you as much as they can. Last year I had applied for help with my light bill on line and at the time they had been given extra funds to help people with their utility. I called to see if they was going to be able to help me and the lady I spoke with told me to email her a copy of my water bill and they would help me with it to if I was behind which I was. I felt like that was a true blessing because she didn't have to tell me about that because I hadn't said anything about my water being past due.

I've heard that this is a real program that really help people like my self no place to stay or go we get on this websites that do nothing especially when it is already hard out here during this pandemic I'm from Murfreesboro Tennessee where they say there's no more funding but it's too many people living on the streets but the only way I'm going to be able to get some help us to move to a different city and that's crazy

My apartment would not fix my air there is a hole in my air duct. It caused my electric bill to rise, we had a $915 light bill & the lights got shut off, We could not pay that on top of $1200 in rent. My boyfriend has lost hours on his check due to covid. We applied for Metro Action but got denied. NeedLink picked up on my bill & they helped us get our lights back on. Thank you so much. ? We are so grateful for you. We are leaving these apartments as soon as the lease is up but we would not have made it this month without the help! So appreciative for the help. We can’t thank you enough!!

This place is amazing. Twice I've called them in a serious pinch during this pandemic and twice they have come through for me almost instantly where every other agency failed. I cannot say enough good about these people.
