Our company has been a Nearby Now client since around 2017. In that time, we have gone from basically none to over 2,000 Google Reviews. The way their system operates is very efficient. We are able to automate reviews with their API so we miss few opportunities which is big. Their system can detect a potential Google Account on the other end and fast-track a Google Review, or if one is not detected, customers are still able to leave a review and feedback with Nearby Now's own proprietary review form.
