*MILITARY PERSONNEL*
They DON'T make any accommodations for MILITARY personnel getting out or moving. I wanted to help them by trying to find someone else to enter a new lease with them so they would still be getting a monthly payment! Thinking that helping them would give me my 1400 dollar security deposit back. It didn't. Found out that the new person renting also didn't make an effort to open a new water/sewer/waste services account, and I had to pay for that bill. BIG PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Edit: I spent over 300 dollars to clean up the yard to make sure the new tenants have a nice outside area. I accommodate this business and still lose my deposit. I thoroughly made sure my end was good and still had a disconnected response of “YOU FORFEITED YOUR DEPOSIT”. I waited for Orders. I’m not in control of orders. But I did what was necessary to make sure this property doesn’t lose money, to get you new lease with someone else. And I was told by NBI to leave the water utility bill in place for 5 days so that gives them time to open an account. Blame the person that is PAYING you and ACCOMMODATING you, that’s the right business model. Haha So Weak.

Rented through this company for 2 years. Their maintenance guy rummaged through my closet while I wasn’t home and stole some supplies. NBI employees entered my home unannounced when I wasn’t home. NBI was very slow and disorganized when it came to addressing maintenance issues. They definitely broke some laws, but I didn’t want to deal with the police or courts, and made calling in maintenance requests a last resort. This company really should be avoided.

Completely unprofessional. Property manager had zero idea about the condition of her listings. Never did an inspection of the property before re-listing, I guess that was my job as the new potential tenant. Then went on to have a guy in a Spider-Man tshirt and gym shorts show us the house who had no idea what day of the week it was let alone anything about the property. Took 3 weeks but we finally went in to put down a deposit and they changed the price of rent on us 150 more than previously discussed in those 3 weeks. Spent $40 on an application and had my credit ran for this clown show.

These guys ROCK. Looking for a place to set up our business in Fort Walton Beach, they listened to our needs, took us around to see what was available, and when we couldn't find the right fit they MADE SOMETHING that was EXACTLY what we needed and where we needed it. Now we are up and running in the nicest office office we have ever had. If you have commercial real estate needs on the Emerald Coast, don't wait until you come across one of their signs. Call them first. You will not be disappointed!

I called the office about a commercial property and they had no information I needed other than price. They referred me to the listing agent who never once answered his phone or called me back over a full week of trying. Their website had continuous error messages and didn't even list the property I was looking at despite the fact that they had enough time to put a sign up on property.

Worst management team to deal with, nobody ever gets back to you. Your maintenance issues is never a priority for them it’ll go months no response. You’ll have to call or go in the office to get them to review your issues request or send someone out to look at it. Terrible place avoid this place if you can they just collecting your monthly rent and you can’t get them to do anything for you.
