Upon entering the establishment I was greeted by a young woman given my products for testing and sent on my way. The process was pretty simple I spent almost 2 months in this research study that I worked hard for. Once the study was over I came in office and did a one on one with 2 reps. about the product which went smooth took about and hour but smooth process overall. I got compensated but a day later was called and accused of giving false and misleading information on the product by a recruiter by the name of Wanda. I was also confronted about this by a front desk rep in office. Upon speaking to them both they both blamed the other for the incident. After all my hard work that I put into this study for almost 2 months to be falsely accused of misleading information. Try anywhere else if your wanting extra cash this place has gone downhill completely. They have a list of FAVORITES as well that they call and pick for studies so if you don’t get picked don’t be surprised most spots are taken by regulars.

One of the nurses really racist, she made up I was coughing out of the sudden, that was completely false, and for that reason I couldn't donate that day, after driving for more than one hour. One of the managers did try to help me, she was very nice but at the end it was my word against the nurse's, so I had to leave and I lost gas, time, and I had to go through that bad experience.

The location was easy to find. The staff was helpful and friendly. The coffee was fine. The process was extremely simple and quick. They started and ended on time. The meeting was interesting, and it was nice to hear other's point of view of the topic. Compensation was given as a gift card intead of a check, which made it even better. I have already recommended others to check out NRG.

Horrible. Call and no one answers. Do not return calls. Forget filling out the study forms. This is a joke. Hate Kirkpatrick sold the business!

I really enjoyed being there to participate in a research study. It was fun, and I got to meet new people. The pay was also pretty good for this particular study, as well.
