I purchased Microsoft Office product but after a week it stopped working because it needed to be activated. My choice tried to assist with the activation however they were unsuccessful and they instructed me to call Microsoft for the activation which I did. Microsoft had me re download the product and it worked again for a week and then stopped working after a week. I contacted My Choice and they said they can't help me and can't refund the product. I spent hours on the phone all together trying to make it work but I finally gave up since I don't have any more time to spend on it.

There's nothing worse than being put in hold when you need help with an issue. Recently My Choice Software delighted me. In purchasing and installing new software I ran into a few roadblocks...nothing was going as it should have been. I called for assistance and on the second ring a human answered. What luck, and on top of that the friendly customer service tech solved my issue in a very reasonable amount of time. Further issues arise and within a two hour period I spoke to two other techs, each of whom was patient, friendly and expertly solved my problems. I'm older and not exactly skilled with computers, but the each talked me through until every issue was solved and my new software was humming! Thanks so much to My Choice.

Ordered the Windows upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Once the correct file was sent ( they sent the wrong file originally) I downloaded it but need tech support to get it running. It is working fine. The two tech support people I dealt with were excellent. Would buy their products again.
