Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!

We were in the area on vacation and scheduled M-tech to look at a few outstanding issues. They are friendly, communicative and very knowledgeable about all things on the camper.

We had them change out our bedroom AC and water heater element. They also fixed an issue with our awning, plumbing and under belly. We couldn't be happier!!

This past weekend my hot water stopped working! M Tech sent two guys out first thing Monday to assess the issue. Ordered the replacement part and came back out to my camper on Wednesday to fix! I didn’t even have to take time off of work, they were able to replace the part without me being there. It sure was nice to get home yesterday afternoon and be able to take a hot shower! These guys are the best around!

We've used M-Tech in the past with great results, but we had to use them again today (Monday am) for a stuck slide and they were at our location within 2 hours of our initial call. They evaluated for about 5 minutes, showed us the issue, fixed it (and showed us what to do if it happens again - something for which we are very grateful to learn!), and were gone again within 20 minutes. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we will definitely use them again if (and when!) something on our RV needs to be fixed again!

We would give these guys 10 stars if we could. Today was our third time working with them. Our first was a mobile call out to our home for a slide issue. The second was a trip to the shop for leveling jacks and entry step. Today was an unscheduled visit to the shop for our fantastic fans. They have been awesome every time. They show up when promised, are upfront and fair with pricing, and most importantly do great work. If you are in this area and need RV repairs call them. 👍👍
