Not a first come first serve location, loading by appointment only, drivers can check 30mins before. Easy to back up. No overnight parking and they won't let you park & wait if u r there early.
Got loaded in 1 hour. Couldn't find the washroom. I got there earlier but had to leave and come back at appointment time.

Truck drivers. Do not be freaking out when you see where your GPS is taking you. It is right you will go through the woods and it would look like you're going camping . Very friendly people and fast loading. From the time I checked in to leaving the property fifty seven minutes. Fast loading.
I wish everybody was this fast.

My husband and I were super excited to start up service with Mountain Valley straight to our home, unfortunately it has been the worst experience. When we set up service the sales rep said we would get out first delivery Monday August 28th, that turned into August 31st, I was pleased to see the driver pull up but unfortunately he left with out any notification, I called the call center and they assured me that I would still get my delivery so I stayed home how they requested and no one showed. I then call again and they said they had sent an email the day prior stating the delivery wasn’t going to happen which is not true. So again they changed the delivery date to September 5th. September 5th comes along and I check the app for an update and it shows no deliveries pending, so I call the call center and they have to basically take my whole order again and say it will be delivered September 7th, they also let me know that there is no need for me to be home because they only leave it at the door”THEY DO NOT OFFER INSTALLATION”, which is contradictory of what their website states. Which means I spent multiple days waiting for a service that is not provided. Finally today September 7th, the driver pulls up and leaves the water and the water dispenser at our door step.
The water dispenser we received is absolutely disgusting, it is dirty and sticky especially where the water dispenses from. I have tried reaching out to our sales rep and have had no help. This is absolutely the worst service we have ever received.

This is the restroom for over 100 drivers who come to this company daily to deliver or pick up loads. Right next to the propane tank. I hope the owner and manager of the company are at least embarrassed when they see or read this. A few hundred dollars for a decent portable restroom, I think the company will survive that financial blow. Show some respect to truck drivers.

Since Dec 23 I've been here at least 20+ times & staff of various positions + JB Hunt have been nice&respectful, until today. The local driver acted a pure a$$ without knowing the situation or being willing to listen.

Truck drivers do not bother picking up or delivering here. It’s a FCFS place which is fine if they had more than one door. JBHunt is the mega carrier out of here and they drop trailers in all 12 of 13 doors. They unload and load in just one door. I’d love for the shipping/receiving manager to reach out to me to explain how that’s efficient in any planet. There aren’t any facilities either but don’t worry there’s a 1960s coffin you can use out back which is a bathroom supposedly. There isn’t any overnight parking. You can start checking in at 7 am.
