I had started having issues with my Asus Rog gaming laptop slow start-up snowy screen started looking for a repair shop found Mountain Home Computer Repair on line noticed the 4.9 rating review. Thought I'd give them a try. Called I believe on monday John the owner we discussed the problems with a 10 year old laptop and decided on a full rebuild. Dropped it off on Tuesday John said should be ready by Saturday he called Friday with news that the new battery didn't come in so instead of waiting for it he put it back together with all the new components compleat rebuild less battery and met me with it showing everything is working except the lighted keyboard that couldn't be up dated without the battery. John called when the battery came in. I dropped it off he installed it updated it and in two days I had it back. Great job works as it should supper fast gaming and startups. I very much enjoyed getting to visit with you John and your lovely wife Kelly. You guys deserve a 5 plus rating hands down. Thank You.

My computer was hacked two days before I had to leave town in business!! John absolutely flew in to save the day!!! Had my computer rebuilt overnight and had me back online! Always easy to work with fast and economical pricing. He is my virtual panic button.

I highly recommend this service. To start, excellent communication. He was very prompt responding to my calls, and I appreciate that he also texts. He made the process as simple as possible, even meeting me at a location convenient FOR ME (a coffee shop once, a local Casey's another time) so I didn't have to travel all the way to his location. He's very willing to work with customers across a large area. So pick up and delivery were exceptional.

He was clear throughout the process, making sure that I understood and presenting my options to me. Costs were upfront and reasonable, especially for the timely service. My machine works better than it had in years.

Also very easy and comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend this service. I came here based on promising reviews, and now I'm adding my own. If I need anything in the future, this will be my go-to.

Five stars for Mountain home computer repair! My son wanted a computer for gaming and I got the only one Walmart had. My son quickly used all his space and maxed out the computers capacity that caused it to crash regularly. I don’t know much about computers but John was easy to talk to, troubleshooting over the phone and set up the next day for service. He quickly identified the issue, offered solutions and had it repaired and back within a couple days over a holiday! I am so happy with the service that I have scheduled my own lap top for a service.

The repair business is a wild venture in this day and age. Anyone who's got experience in it can tell you. I called to ask about a laptop I'm having issues with and he was able to take what I said, confirm what we were both speculating on and POINT ME TO a cheaper alternative to the repair. John was very helpful! My laptop stopped working and he picked it up that day and called me the next day. We talked through options and my husband and I decided to go with a desktop. John looked at both laptops and desktops for us and got us a great Dell! He kept in touch through the whole process, and made it as easy as could be. Highly recommend!
