Once a year there is an open house 🏡 for the public to come inside and see the Lab 🔬, students, and get an opportunity to ask questions. Definitely worth a visit 👍 and view of the ocean is beautiful.

Exterior open to the public with awesome views at the end of the Monterey Bay "boardwalk".

Interior has not been open to the public since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wonderful place to get away for a daycation or weekend get away. Lots to do and see with family or by yourself. Enjoy water sports with paddle boat rentals, charter a tour and enjoy viewing the wild life in its natural environment. Afterwards take advantage of the number of local restaurants in walking distance, or short driving distance.
