Sent my wife to get a flat fixed (tire lost all air in a week). They pulled out a small screw and said it wouldn’t cause the leak and advised not to fix the tire. They then proceed to charge her $10 for a non fix - she tries to pay and they won’t take her card ($20 min). They did me right in the past but this is the last time we will use them.

Fantastic customer service! Needed help with a roadside repair on our way home from Houston to Memphis and the M&J team were willing to go above and beyond to get us back on the road!
