So far in my managing rentals this company is the worst experience I ever had. Not responding to my questions. Not giving proper information still my issue is not resolved.
Their electrician stopped by for an exhaust fan not working in my rental home bathroom. And he goes back and reports as whole house fan needs replacement to choice warranty and choice warranty says we can’t do it. When I call this company to get more information they are no taking my calls not responding to my email. Electrician/ company should have some basic responsibility to tell the owners what’s wrong and what needs to be fixed. It’s not choice warranty home. They have to report to them but when I’m calling and asking what is wrong with it they should respond it’s basic customer service .
