Customer service is poor, their team doesn’t understand the system, they speak poor English, comprehension of issues and understanding of how find solutions is lacking. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Mindbody: highering employees that make low wages in the Philippines makes the companies here in the US that use the services suffer the consequences.

The WORST when it comes to customer service.Totally un responsive to multiple requests. As a Pilates/Yoga/Dance studio they make it very hard to operate and keep scheduling straight. No answer to phone calls or emails. There is no one to talk to when issues arise which is way too often.
Beware of their promises if you’re considering to use them for your studio.

They appear to outsource everything, hence they don’t even have a sales team to follow up on new business. I’m quite sure the owners are enjoying their wealth (nice work), but forgot to remind their management team how they made it big in the first place. I’ve reached out many times about a new account and they do not reply. Would be awesome if there was a good competitor that comes along and takes their clients! The time is now.

Before posting this, I read several of the other reviews. It appears people are really happy with the software or they are extremely dissatisfied. My experience has been one of pleasure. I own a small fitness studio and have been managing the software for less than a year. MindBody has been VERY helpful with the learning process, available for any and all questions, and supportive in every way possible. What I like best is that they have a human being available to speak with. I’m not much for the online help…I would rather have someone walk me through the process. I have logged several hours of phone time with customer service and every single time I speak with them I learn something new. In my opinion it is easy to use and very helpful for my business. I know there are many areas that I have not used or explored, but this is a process I intend to continue.

Mind & Body provided me with excellent customer service - timely and effective training. The tools provided on the website are easy to use. The instance when I could not complete a task to my liking, I reached out to their technical support team for assistance and they were able to assist me in a timely manner. I especially appreciate all of the services MINDBODY provide - marketing your business, accounting - record keeping, etc. Each MINDBODY representative worked with my schedule, were very professional and timely.
