Honestly hate to write this review because support is always easy to get a hold of, but honestly, if you are considering using this program for your phone system. Do not do it! We have had problem after problem with the microphone not picking up what we are saying. We have tried on several different desktops, laptops, etc. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It is so unprofessional and disastrous for any customer service business.

Microphone ALWAYS picks up with any other program on any device we are using at the time, just not within Mighty Call. Very unusual problem. It's been ongoing for over a year, and we've tried reaching out to fix it, paid for additional headsets and devices, all to no avail.

Good: I used them for years because they were better than competitors.
Bad: Sooooo many dropped calls. Then I tell them about it and they say 'we have no record of that call'. Incredibly frustrating to try and run a business like this. I ended up using my regular phone at least 40% of the time.
Worse: I had to cancel a yearly membership only a couple months in because I lost my business. Instead of charging me a cancellation fee, they charged me for the full year.
Unbelievable: Just last week I was surprised to see ANOTHER yearly charge to my card. They had STILL not bothered to cancel my account despite everything that had happened!
More? SURELY NOT: I live in Canada. By the time the refund came in the exchange rates had changed. The different was $94CAD, and they refused to pay the difference. Why am I paying $94CAD for their mistake?

Do NOT sign up for the free trial. They took my credit card. within 5 minutes I knew this system was not for us. Now they are making it difficult to cancel. They don't have the ability to cancel within the portal, they make you talk to someone on the phone! Will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. Any place that makes you talk on the phone to cancel a free trial is shady!

UPDATE: Although I stand by my initial review, I will amend my review by saying that Mighty Call accepted full responsibility for the issues and was able to help us get our account reactivated so that we could finish porting our number to our new phone provider. Because they went out of their way to correct the problem and accepted blame, I am amending my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

INITIAL REVIEW:
Buyer beware. They will tell you anything to get you signed. After signing up and porting our number we determined everything we said we needed, and was told was part of our charge, was not and was at an extra charge. We immediately advised we would be canceling but not until our number was ported back. They closed our account which shut our office down. I tried calling multiple time and was not able to get anyone on the phone. I emailed multiple times to support and even our sales person Ali, multiple times with no return call. After 2 days, I was finally able to get someone on the phone who advised the supervisor "was not on call" but that he would "TRY" to get our account reactivated until our number could be ported. We have not had an office phone for 2 days and possibly have lost our office number that we have had for years!

I had their unlimited calling and texting plan about 3 years ago when they used to offer 5 numbers for $40/month. They made up some claim that because I violated some terms and conditions, they were terminating the account without even sending any warning or notification, also without explaining what term was violated, one afternoon all of the numbers purged from the login, very unprofessional. Lost the numbers but luckily was able to port back my toll-free number out. I think our texting usage they deemed as abuse, even though some days they would be like 20-25 messages a day at max and on some days none.

What I felt at the time was that they wanted to just not have me as a customer as probably my usage was high and not giving them more profit. Now looking at their plan that is $150/month, I totally am convinced with my statement above as they didn’t even give reason as to what terms & conditions were violated. Please note at the time it was unlimited users, 5 numbers, unlimited talk and text for $39.99/month and now just with 2 numbers it is $150/month. Complete ripoff.

Just wanted other prospective customers to beware of how they handled my account and treated me.

PS: Offcourse the plan if they had not purged would have been grandfathered into, I wish there was a way to mend it and get that old plan back.

Great value for money. The customer support team is the best I ever talked to. I ported my numbers from another service over a year ago. Sam helped me all the time to make porting process smooth and fast. I'd also say that MightyCall really evolves, some of the new integrations and features they've added recently are the ones I actually love. Highly recommended.
