I don't know where to start. This guys knows exactly what he is doing, but not only that, he will show you what's wrong and educate you about your mistakes if you've made any. Not only that but I took my PC in on saturday. I was busy at work and was unable to pick it up that same day. The store is closed on Sunday but he asked me if I wanted to come in Sunday morning to grab the pc. This is top tier customer service and I would recommend anybody to come to this place with any PC problem or building.

MIND=BLOWN....... BELIEVE every good thing the reviews say. This guy isn't just a regular IT guy. HE IS INSPIRING. I was having problems building a PC on my own, took it to this guy and BOOM. Not only he fixes all the rookie mistakes I made, he teaches me step by step how to correctly reassemble it. Literally losing my mind at how good both the customer service and his technical skills and knowledge on all kinds of PC components and software. I've never met an IT person like this before!!!!!! Leo is my hero! He is so knowledgeable and a computer wizard. He was able to save everything on my hard drive even after it's unfortunate tumble down the stairs. The most important the is Leo was able to save memories that can never be replaced. Pictures of my wedding, kids being born, and loved ones no longer with us. He also didn't over charge me. I got excellent work for and very fair price. Leo is the only person I trust with my computer.

Leo was amazing. I had bought all the parts to my gaming PC but was having difficulty putting it together. He told me to bring it in and had it done in about 3 hours. He installed every part and windows 11 (the full paid version, not the trial) and he also updated all the drivers. He did all of it for 150 with a good chunk of that price going to purchasing and installing windows 11. I would recommend him for any PC issues or needing any help with building one.

If I could give this place a 6 star review I would. Leo is an absolutely amazing guy and I highly recommend him if you’re having PC issues. I brought my pc in on Friday April 12th 2024 with multiple problems that I couldn’t figure out. Games crashing, disconnecting from the internet, apps crashing you name it. He gave me a call THE NEXT DAY, saying he had narrowed the issue down to either the cpu or ssd being bad but needed to run some more tests. Again THE NEXT DAY he called back saying he had figured out that my cpu was faulty went out of his way to try and get it warranty’d. He replaced the cpu and it good as new. The whole thing took 3 days. If he sees this I want him to know that Parker Farris is forever grateful for him and I can’t thank him enough for his help. If you hear any bad things about this place or Leo it’s not true he saved my pc and saved me over $2000 from buying a new one. Thank you again Mr Leo!
