Went in on Monday 8/19/2024 at around 1pm and lady was so rude tried make me upgrade my plan and hasn’t even opened my account up yet to check if I need it said she couldn’t help me if I didn’t and gave the ugliest additude older women black hair definitely don’t go here if u don’t like doing ur job why work there it was just plain rude for no reason

Had the worst time trying to deal with the people in this store .I had bought a home internet box after 2 months box had problems took it in and they would not help me fix the issue and charged me 5dollars just for asking month later box had a sim card issue take box in they. Would not even look at it but sold me a card to go fix it myself and it did not work 11 dollars for no good card and. another 5dollars for asking if I owed on my bill she charged me 5 dollars again when my bill was zero.they did that 3 times they were rude to me and charged me just for walking in ,never go there again they are rude thieves that work there !
No stars still being charged for service that doesn't work stillthey just tell me to leave. No help at all from them might be lawyer time! And maybe better business bureau since they won't replace my none working unit.

When I arrive at the store this one lady who works at the store was being extremely rude and racist to me when I was only going to pay for a phone bill. When I was going to pay for it I ask her to check my account and see if there's somethib that I can remove from my phone bill she said no. I told her I'll just pay the full amount and move on as soon as I gave her the money on cash she refused my service and ask me to leave the store. I told her no and then she's starting to use foul language and racists comments. I couldn't get her name because she took her badge from her shirt. Wouldn't come here or give my money to this franchise again bad experience and superior needs see. And this is the lady who is rude to people on the image.

[UPDATED] Only generic response from the owner, nothing meaningful to address the issue...
I went to this store to switch to Metro by T-Mobile and port my number from Verizon. I talked with agent named Cassandra. She asked for all the information and for the most part it went well. When I asked her that I wanted to sign up for 40$ plan, she kept insisting that I sign up for 60$ plan and told me 40$ plan is text and voice only. So I opened Metro's website and showed her the plan had unlimited data as well but she said the website is incorrect because anybody could write that (it was metro's official website). Then she told me to sign up for 60$ plan or I can just leave because that's their policy. I asked to see the policy if it's on the website or on the promotional pictures so I could confirm but she refused to show me. Then I asked for corporate number but she refused to give me that as well and at this point, I see her getting defensive and frustrated so I asked for another agent so I can get correct information about the plan I am signing up but the other agent just shouted from across the room and refused to help me and told me to do what she says or leave. Then Cassandra involved the customers behind me to kick me out. I told them I am not even raising my voice, all I am asking for is answers about the plan that she wants me to sign up. The customer threatened to punch me and beat me because the employees enabled them to bully me, I had no choice but leave the shop stunned by this ghetto store where employees act like thugs and threaten to beat you up.I called Metro customer service number I found on google and filed a complaint but I am not sure how serious they take these issues.I wouldn't recommend going to this store or company. They're unprofessional, they have no basic knowledge of their own product. I see other reviews complaining about similar issues but no resolution given by the company.

If you ever go to T-Moblie speak to Tanya. She is very kind and will help you with any questions you have about your phone or plan. Her customer service was excellent. I have been to this store before and some of the associates barely even say hi or how's your day going or ask what's the reason for your visit. She gave us information on how to lower our payment and even answered all our questions we had. It never felt like she was trying to rush us out the door. T-Moblie needs more associates like Tanya.

I have been a customer of Metro PCS since it first began, when I lived in the Bay Area. While I have been very pleased with the service I receive, today I was highly disappointed. I purchased a charger for my phone approximately theth weeks ago. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt. Let's first day, I have purchased phones from this location, along with a couple friends I have taken there, and have always spoken highly of Metro PCS, encouraging people to try it. In fact my children have used it. Well today I needed to return a charger I had purchased because it split, it seemed to be a defect. Carlos was very rude, and told me they wouldn't exchange it without a receipt. There was no way to look up my purchase, or as he said, it would take too much time. By the way, no one was in the store. It wasn't busy. It just amazes me that they have no way of looking up a past purchase. I used my bank card, and they have no way of tracking anything. Losing a customer over a little over 20 dollars, is something a business should never even consider. Worst customer service ever. And a poor employee representing your company as well. I'll definitely be shopping elsewhere and will be switching to a different service provider. My advice, stay away from Metro PCS on Paradise Road.
