I can’t say enough good things about the doctors, nurses, therapist, etc.

This place saved my daughter’s life and gave her a completely different outlook. They provided her with the tools and resources to combat her anxiety, depression, and trauma. I know they are several bad reviews but please go and get your own experience. I myself was hesitant but I knew my daughter was suffering and they were so accommodating. Forever grateful for mesa and the staff here that helped my daughter find her joy and happiness again.

I took my daughter out after 2 days. She didn't like it and they also made me mad. I was told to bring her lunch on her first day of school so I figured she only needed it the first day of school. I was wrong. She got there the 2nd day and asked if she brought lunch and she said no. So I left her there and went to get her some lunch. Nothing had to be refrigerated and everything was new. I dropped it off for her and when she got home she was mad and sad. I asked what's wrong and she said "why didn't you bring me lunch I was the only kid with no lunch." I told my daughter I did. I called the office and they said it must be a miscommunication error because they didn't know about a lunch? So I just tell my daughter well I guess you'll have lunch there when you go back. Nope... They threw it away. Or so they say. I took her out that same day and they threatened to call CPS. Which I wish they will so I can report their unprofessionalism. My daughter was doing worse in here than before attending.

This place is so not it. If you want help please choose another facility. Let me get started on the nurses they can’t do anything for you. The nurses can’t give you Ice , medicine , won’t let you lay down , won’t let you go home. The most the nurses can do is offer you a stress ball or peppermint. You’re not aloud to miss days no even if you have a cold or are throwing up. A girl threw up 7 times and still had to stay. You’re not aloud to bring anything ANYTHING. I literally have dry lipness and they won’t let me bring chapstick. Oh and the outings suck don’t let that convince you to come and the therapist suck as well they don’t even help they just ask you are you gonna off yourself if you say no then they go on with their day

Please do not waste your time. After touring and having the assessment completed. I can honestly say their facility and staff are the worse in DFW. No care and concern for their children .I am a former ABA specialist and I am disappointed in the character and professionalism of this business.

Hello I was one of the many patients that left highly satsfied with the program it has highly impacted me as a person and helped me grow in myself. They are my top recomended place to go for any bad thoughts. I loved how sweet and kind all of the staff were to me and they will always be in my heart no matter where I go. Enormous shout out to Mrs.Brittney who saw me laugh, and cry but overall be supportive and my hard core foundation always so yes 100% I would highly recommend .

dont come here unless you wanna get sent to their main hospital mesa springs.

they change your meds all over the place and expect it to work the next day.

this place caused me so much trauma im never coming back , no they don’t provide lunches , No phone calls if your sick. They want your insurances money!!! Stay away from here at all costs. Go somewhere else!!

This place is so awful and would never go back. They don’t allow you to make phone calls no matter what not even when I bled through my pants. The nurse here is so unprofessional and didn’t believe me when the meds I took that morning for the first time made me sick. The nurse offered me a stress ball when I was sick not even school nurses do that and your a registered nurse so that’s sad. You’re not allowed to bring anything not even a book to cure you from the boredom you’re gonna suffer here. They don’t even offer lunch here you have to bring it yourself. I wouldn’t recommend going here during the school year at all. The staff is horrible I mean horribleeeeeeee
