The pay was shockingly low for a position that required 1-2 years of experience with a 4 year technical degree. It's impossible to live off of the salaries that are paid here. I was expected to be a master at over a dozen integration systems with little to no guidance or documentation. The senior developers were too busy training the constant stream of new hires to help me out. At the time I left, there was only one overworked senior developer remaining because all of the other ones quit. It’s no surprise that MeridianLink is unable to retain most of their top talent. The only positives about working here were that I was never pressured to do overtime, my peers were pleasurable to work with, and the position was fully remote. I'm glad I left when I did.
