I had a wonderful and professional experience working with Rick at Media Giant Design. He helped me build the website for my drone photography company and did not try to upsell me on features I did not need. Media Giant also was very straightforward on pricing and did not rely on hourly rates or complicated pricing structures to deliver the design. I retract my statement of very professional.... and my 5star review. I asked for a website that would be simmilar to say amazon with checkout process. And i was told they could do an e-commerce site as such (this is for what i make metal art) i would be selling presets and also custom order items varying in shape and size, i was very transparrent about this in the beginning of talking to him, in the prestages of setting up my site i paid all stated fees till now almost a year in with no abillity to properly ship items and he wants more money for training😂its more of a headache than its worth.... and i was never trained out the gate just expected to know how to do it all.....also in the process of trying to send quotes to customers that reside in other states i called for help for my first order almost a year later (because of no help) and he setup a blog because he diddnt want to help me in person.... and there were so many things unanswered in that blog it wasnt even funny😂 for accurate shipping rates i had to take photos of what distributors(fedex usps ups etc) were setting for shipping rates that was stated on their site on my pc screen.... and had to take photos with my phone of the estimated rates to send to the customer via text no self automation..., and it may or may not be at the directory this was then sent via text to the clients( a photo of my pc screen showing rates because of NO AUTOMATION super outdated nor the proper way to do that.... wheres the self automation in that quote)i should be able to enter the dimensions of what the product would be (dimensionally L×w×H weight included)and it should send it to the customer via text or email as a estimated range for any custom order but that would mean the site was done correctly wich it aint.... but he wants more money you want this review taken down fix the issue im fed up im losing money on orders i cant fulfil because you want to hide from my phone calls when theres an emergency dont say you can make this kinda site if you cant....but you damn sure took my money....

I had a negative experience with the web design and media company in question. I initially considered hiring them to host my website, but ultimately decided to go with a different provider. After this decision, I noticed some issues with my online presence that led me to believe that there may have been some intentional actions taken against my business. While I cannot definitively say that this company deliberately attacked my online presence, I felt that my experience was negative overall and would not recommend them as a service provider.

Response to owner: The response from the business owner appears to be unprofessional and contains personal attacks on an individual. While negative reviews can be difficult to receive, it's important for businesses to respond in a professional manner and address any concerns raised by the reviewer.

Personal attacks and name-calling are not constructive and do not reflect well on the business. Additionally, making accusations about the identity of the reviewer without evidence could be considered libelous.

Overall, it's important to remember that online reviews can have a significant impact on a business's reputation and should be handled with care and professionalism.
