Wish I could give zero stars.  My daughter spent 9 hours yesterday trying to get help from you all to take 2 tests she was supposed to take for school, yet got ZERO help.  She had an appt to take a test at 9 am yesterday, and logged on, only to sit for almost an hour waiting on a proctor.  Once someone finally came on, she was told her computer wasn't compatible.  She has a MacBook Pro which is what 95% of the student at UK use, and she has never had a problem.  She was then told they would have to hack into her computer which is ridiculous and an infringement of her privacy.  She again waited almost an hour for someone to come on to help her, and when he finally did, she could barely understand him, and was told he couldn't fix the issue.  She was told she would have to do a chat.  She went on the chat site and waited AGAIN, and finally it said she was connected to a rep.  After 15 minutes of the rep never responding to her, the rep ended the chat and she was back to square 1.  She planned to take the test at a certain time to allow time to get to work and then have time to study for other tests that evening.  Instead, she spent ALL DAY in tears, missing work, and begging for help from your company.  Two of her friends later went on to take their tests, and again, despite having a scheduled time to take the test, sat for almost 2 hours waiting for a proctor and one of them missed work as well. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.  I tried to call numerous times and sat on hold so long you all finally would just end the call on me.  She was told 2 times someone from tech support would call her AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, yet 24 hours later no one has.  I finally got on a chat and spent over an hour while I was at work trying to get someone to help her, only to have the rude individual end it on me when I asked when someone planned to help my daughter who was supposed to take 2 tests yesterday morning and by then it was almost 6 pm and she had yet to receive any help.  Everyone she and I talked to and chatted with was rude and unhelpful and the problem has yet to be rectified because apparently in 24 hours you all can't make a phone call to help her get the computer where she can take the test.  Thankfully others had a problem as well and notified the professor who said they would find another company since there were so many issues and problems here that no one could get help with.  These students don't have an entire day to devote to taking a test that should take them 30 min.  She has now had to reschedule the test for tmo but STILL has no help. This is the worst company on the planet

Negative stars has got to be an option at some point.
This clunky browser and unintuitive process are giving me grays, started a process with one of the proctor representatives apparently I'm not allowed to say anyone's name or the review won't post so whatever smh, however I started the process with one of the proctors and it was requesting prior to my connection with the proctor that I install and update for the browser that thing was moving slower than a snail My test started at 11:40 a.m. Central Time only for me not to even remotely be close to starting an hour and a half after that start time, so I connect with the proctor and this guy basically starts the entire slow down low process over because he's just clicking all over my screen and apparently doesn't know what he's doing either Then he tells me I need to just replace my internet provider how am I going to do that right now if I'm about to take a test!? How is it that I need to replace it for this when I just took several tests with y'all having much similar of the same experience just not this bad?! this is the worst experience ever and I still have four more freaking tests to take

0 stars. They are complete and total garbage. The proctors make up their own rules that do not align with the university. Sometimes it takes an hour to get into an exam that is going to take an additional 3 hours. The proctors all sound like they hate their job. If you want an idea on how bad they are.... I am considering changing universities after my degree is over simply to avoid dealing with proctorU again... THAT is how bad they are, and how horrible they treat students.

Worst platform to conduct exam this company should not exist. All because of this company i was not able to do my exam of sonography canada . They closed my exam saying they can see my screen but cant access it with mouse anymore . Made me wait for hours and told me to close everything and reconnect and at the end they said they are not able to open my exam anymore which is because exam time was over or it was already opened or maybe they made me close everything which is why this happened and i asked them if this time of waiting will affect my exam time? They said no it wont!! But after hours they said they cant open my exam for me anymore and my internet and computer everything was perfectly fine. It was their system!!!! Now i have to wait 4 more months to give my exam!!!!! For which i worked very hard for!!!!!!! Just shut ur company pls

I truly wish there was an option to leave a 0 star review because this test center is well deserving of such rating. Each exam that I've been required to take with them has wasted hours of my day simply trying to get through to the assessment. The first experience with their system took 4 hours to troubleshoot a problem with their secure browser. The "technician" that connected to my computer did nothing to attempt to troubleshoot the issue and instead told me to use a different computer, like everyone has a spare computer lying around for the occasion. Luckily, I had a laptop to try, but got the same issue on a completely different device, both computers being newer devices and fully up to date. I reconnected with support after 20 minutes of telling me they couldn't find my account only for them to once again tell me to use a different computer. I finally resolved the issue on my own by closing and reopening the session multiple times as a desperate last resort to just take the test until I got lucky and it decided to work. Thankfully, the test itself wasn't as daunting as the process to access it. The second experience had an entirely different issue and once again resulted in a 2 hour long pre-exam purgatory of a support session, in which never got resolved. The technician kept circling the "Get Started" option while watching me click it and get sent back to the same page about 5 times until finally just telling me to restart my already freshly boot pc. Afterwards, I was fully unable to even access the exam and was once again told they all of a sudden couldn't pull up my account and couldn't further assist after waiting in a queue of 26 people. I finally gave up and called it a night. To conclude, I would rather resort to taking a test carved onto stone tablets than use this proctoring service again, it would definitely be more reliable than the system they operate on. I hope this review saves someone the trouble.

Absolutely a waste of a company. As a test taker they make you download guardian browser which gives their "technicians and proctors" full acess to your system without needing permission. The support they give is absolutely worthless. They outsource to a country that has the second highest cyber crime rate in the world. If you attempt to call them to get any kind of assistance all they do is bounce you from person to person until you are pissed off and hang up. Another worthless tech company that needs to close.

Big Fat 0! This platform absolutely sucks. It took me 2 different days to take my exam because it was that screwed up. The proctors are clueless to what they're doing and I swear just messed with me the whole time by continuously pausing my exam after a couple questions. WGU made a huge mistake picking these guys. They should of stuck to the term "If it isn't broke, don't fix it!"

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. most of the operators have accents that i can understand, when i try to explain to them what i am trying to do they interject a lot and do not listen to what is being said or asked of them ! i have put repeated calls into them since they decided to schedule my exam incorrectly THREE TIMES! when they finally did get it right i responded back to the lady, you are very disorganized and you did not listen, GET BETTER.
My question is why do we allow this AAPC get better and STOP outsourcing the WORK to other companies who do not understand the language !
