Property is nice and spacious but is not kept. Windows and bathroom outlets don't work. When I reported the problem, they wanted me to fix it. They didn't send anyone to help us with the issues we had. Property is dirty, and management does not respond to any requests. The property has a really bad and strong smell. It doesn't smell clean.

Very convenient to Eagle Lodge. Our condo was fabulous. Recommend #37 if you can get it. Spacious for our family of four. This place can sleep up to 10! Beautiful views across the valley. We parked once and used the local shuttle. Great service on the snow clearing by the maintenance staff too.

The good: The condos (we had one with 8 beds) were clean, and well equipped with amenities. The general location (near Eagle Lift) is a plus. The bad: We rented the condo through the Austria Hof, which, incorrectly showed the location as near Canyon Lodge (don't be fooled!), also, the condo complex is close to Eagle lift, but it's a full bus stop away, and downhill from the lift, so, it's a fair walk to get there, or you'll have to wait for the bus to come by. The Details: the kitchen had plenty of plates, pots, utensils, etc. so we were easily able to host a couple of dinners during our stay. The Dishwasher was great for getting through the clean-up afterwards. There was plenty of wood for the fire (although, no kindling, so it was difficult to get a fire started, I recommend bringing your own kindling, or an axe to make some). The TVs were fine, and the stereo was labeled so that it was easy to plug in an iphone and play music for everyone. The condo was stocked with lots of board games, there were towels/washcloths for all eight of us, but no separate Jacuzzi towels, so bring your own. All in all, a good place, but, too far from the lift for my liking. Note: I left the rating on the "service" as blank, since there was no room service during our stay, per the rental agreement.

Pros: Very spacious place. Has that cabin feel but the comfort of an apartment. Quiet area.

Cons: The location is nowhere near where we thought it was. We were given the location of the office which is right by a lift. There, we picked up ours keys and were given directions to drive a mile away from any lifts. Not sure if this is an intentional scam.

Clean, warm, kitchen had all items that we needed. The Meadow Ridge homeowners association cleared fresh snow from all of our walkways and roadways. I thought we would be shoveling ourselves out. It was just the respite we needed.
