Joe! I can not thank you enough! Best team of technicians in the world. I sent my phone to 2 other reputable phone recovery groups in Toronto Canada, only to get shut down advising it was unfixable due to the serious water damage. I sent my phone to you in an ugly box and made a prayer, you delivered and working like normal again! I was worried the app would not work or not recognize my finger print, but fortunately all worked perfectly. Definitely worth the 4 month wait. You were transparent with what to expect from the start. Besides the Canadian dollar conversion being terrible (out of your control), this was the best possible ourcome for me. Your team and you are the best at what you do and I can't thank you enough.

Joe at MDrepairs was absolutely on point. Had to bring an old android of mine back to life and I know it was no easy task. MDrepairs was the 3rd company I called and the only ones that were able to get the job done. He had to go above and beyond by sourcing parts from a donor phone. The repair was done ahead of time and he communicated the entire time. Very straight forward process and I couldn't be any happier! Brought my laptop there to get a part replaced, and they were great. They got it done really quickly and were priced reasonably. I would definitely recommend MDrepairs if you need your laptop or computer fixed/upgraded and aren't brave enough to replace the parts yourself.

I brought a broken external hard drive in for repair, and had an excellent experience working with Joe. He was super accommodating and really took the time to explain everything in detail. Turned out, the drive was completely shot and required some surgery to recover the data. His work is masterful!
Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who’s both knowledgeable and fair.

I had an external hard drive that suddenly quit working. I took it to another place recommended but I wasn’t pleased with the service and they charged much more without any guarantees on the outcome. They wanted me to select on what I wanted saved!
I contacted MDrepairs. They were excellent with their customer service and notified me of receipt of the drive, the progress, what was needed for the drive, every step of the way. I didn’t have to choose what I wanted saved. They provided me an invoice after they reviewed the hard drive. After payment; they transferred my files to another hard drive, keeping me advised of the status and return shipping notification. In less than 2 weeks, I had a new hard drive and almost all my files. I would highly recommend MDrepairs.

Thanks for the memories! We had this device for almost 10 years. It contained some of the earliest memories of our kids. My wife was devastated when it randomly stopped working.
