Their customer service is non existent nor comparable with anything else on the market. For a software that they charge and you paid 6 figures you would expect at least some close to decent relationship but no, do not sleep on that ear, You are on your own after the purchase is made. Or if they try to provide any type of service even though that does not help you at all they will charge awful lot of money. We understood at the beginning that this will be pay to play scenario, but not to this level.

People read your agreements carefully even though they will find a way how to breach their own policy. and do your research before you hop in to this madness

Garbage. Do not buy. They charge you a fortune for mediocre software, and monthly fees for the "Help Desk" for support that is non-existent. Their entire system is down now for the second time in a week, and the only answer I can get is "we are engaged with the provider". I regret ever buying.

I love the software that our company uses. It is one of the best. I love all of the extra features as well. I can work from anywhere but with the recent upgrade to Global protect we got something every disappointing... That is that we use to access the Cisco Anyconnect to our IOS devices and now with this update, Mcleod choose not purchase the certificate. I am disappointed in this and really wish this would been resolved earlier and now when I am on the go, my hands are tied and I can not connect to our remote servers. Im hoping this reaches out to the right person and they move forward on adding that certificate to everyones accounts. I love this software like I said and I promote other people to purchase this. I hope you guys will reach out to us with a resolution.

Not worth a penny, support is useless, if you don't figure it on your own they won't be able to help you. We have cases that haven't been resolved for several months and their response is "I dont know" or it needs upgrade, need to pay extra to get that done. I'm getting my lawyer involved because basic functions don't work !

If you're in transportation this software is an absolute must! DO more with LESS. We are going to be able to successfully leverage our existing employee without adding headcount as quickly as we otherwise would. Our brokerage is more profitable, and our company's success
