We are so thrilled that we decided to install a Culligan water softener and reverse osmosis systems from Mast Family Culligan. Alex was very thorough, dependable and informative. He was very patient and understanding that our new household now includes my spouse and mother. Therefore, decision making takes us a bit longer. 😉 The installation was seamless and quick. The installer was very professional and informative. My cats even came out to supervise (they never come out for strangers)! Our skin feels softer and more hydrated. No more water stains on the glass showers or spots from dishwasher. I’m using half as much laundry detergent too. The water is delicious. Coffee and ice taste so much better. My delivery is always exceptional. Chris H. Is very personable and always carries my bottles to the top step because I can not lift them. My previous drivers have also been great! Always on time and notified well in advance.
Wish my Culligan in Ohio was this efficient. They are a joke and could care less about their customers.

Who in my opinion, is a true , positive reflection of the Mast Family Culligan business. There has never been a time Joe has not gone the extra mile , exhibited exceptional customer service through his kindness, helpfulness and his commitment to his job. He has a smile every time I see him, a real genuine character who really shines when he says good morning , how are you today? He takes pride in his work by being on time with deliveries, training new drivers, ringing my bell to check with me if I forget to leave my bottles out. He sets the heavy bottles in my laundry room in the garage so that am able to handle them easier . He cares ! He is always polite and professional. He never delays, he gets right to work but has the ability somehow to make you feel like you are an important customer and not just another delivery. Thank you for an outstanding job Joe ! You are truly appreciated. 😊

We had others. Raised prices Confusion in delivery ect. Since I switched to MAS Family Bill is lower. Service is better Jared our driver always brings bottles in doorway for wife And when I had 1 issue It was fixed same day. I recommend this service. AND Hot and cold water cooler can’t be beat 🤔👍. Our delivery guy- Brian W- is the best! Professional and polite. We had an issue with one of the 2 spouts. Told him about it during his regular delivery. He had it fixed within minutes. Just recommended Mast Family Culligan to the business next door.

Jay, the service tech, was amazing at explaining what was wrong with the old systems and what would need to be done to get new systems in place. Within 12 hours, Dan the Culligan Man, got in contact with me and was able to stop by next day to set up the contract and details. Dan was professional and very knowledgeable.
